Parenting Divorce Class for Florida– The 4-hour class is required by Section 61.21, F.S., when there are children in a divorce or paternity court case. As required by the Statute, they cannot provide mental health therapy or legal advice, only information to help stabilize a family as a result of the legal process; this is an affiliate link to one of the DCF-approved courses I’ve reviewed. The Statute requires that any such course be approved by Florida’s Dept. of Children and Families (DCF).
